Return Eligibility
At Charxrelphar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your air purifier purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@charxrelphar.world or call +1 (303) 327-9228 to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and price differences. You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with the exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or installed
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items purchased from third-party sellers
- Custom or personalized items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
